The embassy of Hungary in Pakistan also deals/issues the short term C-type Schengen visa (visa duration under 90 days) representing Lithuania and Estonia to nationals of Pakistan.
Note that Hungarian embassy does not deal D-type long term visa for Estonia and Lithuania.
